Open boat slips can accommodate sailboats or any other type of boat up to 12' x 28'. Covered boat slips can accommodate boats up to 12' x 30'.

Some covered slips may include boat lifts, and we also have slips for jet skis.

The additional space is great for easy loading and launching of your boat, or for just enjoying the marina.

Covered Slips offer additional protection from the elements for both you and your boat.

Some covered slips are equipped with boat lifts with a capacity for boats from under 1,000 lbs up to 6,000 lbs.

Lifts are an additional $125.00 per month when available.

Cypress Creek Marina also allows installation of approved, privately owned boat lifts.

Professional installation services also available.
